For companies operating internationally, it is often tax efficient to include one or more Dutch limited companies into their corporate structure.

In order to serve our clients in this area, HIL has established an independent company, HIL Trust and Fiduciary Services BV ("HTF"). In accordance with Dutch regulations, HTF is under direct supervision of the Dutch Central Bank.

HTF provides the following services:
- incorporation ("NV" or "BV")
- provision of registered office
- provision of directors and proxy holders
- corporate management services
- book keeping, accounting and tax return services
